This week, I’m really excited about the interview with Tine Jørgensen.
Tine is a Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Nutrition.
I was happy to have this conversation with her as it gave me clarity on topics like gut health and maintaining a healthy gut microbiome. Tine shared a lot of insights on Probiotics, and break down on how they work as well as what they do for our bodies.
In our conversation, Tine talked about the major reason that got her interested in studying the gut microbiome, how she has overseen intestinal cancer being reversed and her current applied techniques for various gastrointestinal problems.
At the end of the episode, Tine shares a bit of mindful parting advice for having a happy, healthy, and meaningful life, which when summarized are meditation, a healthy diet, and laughter as much as you can.
Tine continues to cultivate this passion and is motivated by disseminating and practicing her knowledge in health, clinical nutrition, and disease prevention – both in consultations and courses with clients, companies, written dissemination, lectures and teaching.
Tine has focused much of her work on gastrointestinal disorders and the health of the gastrointestinal system in relation to nutrition and other lifestyle parameters.
Tine has more than 5 years of experience in the use of various nutrition-related laboratory analyzes, which she has also advised and taught health professionals in the use of. In addition, she has several years of experience in communicating and teaching nutrition and health to both laypeople and health professionals.
Essential to Tine’s work is the belief that diet, targeted nutrition, environment and other lifestyle factors are essential elements for optimal health.
